Our objectives are clear, we aim for a good healthy working environment in which people are aware of their contribution to society, the environment and our organization. Our goal is formalized into various objectives. We create an inspiring working environment for our employees in which employees feel free. Everyone can give substance to their own schedule, working hours and work location. We naturally take care of healthy food and create space for exercise. We also give employees room for personal development, we learn from our mistakes and are free to follow training courses. We pay attention to diversity and we pursue an active inclusive personnel policy where there is no room in distinction in whatever area.

A satisfied employee has an eye for his environment, as awareness of the effects of choices made on the environment is a first step in the right direction. We have a hard target with regard to our CO2 footprint. Nimble Resourcing is CO2 neutral and preferably negative. We are in favor of a circular economy, which is why we make informed decisions with regard to purchasing, consumption, services provided, travel and waste processing.

The measures we have taken to achieve our objectives are relatively simple and we are happy to share them, because we hope to encourage others to improve as well. After all, the goals of the UN are all of us. We have designed our pleasant working environment with a nice office. In which we have often opted for the reuse of materials in the facility. We heat the environment with a heat pump. We installed the first part of our solar park in 2019 and the second part in January 2020. We are now able to compensate for our CO2 emissions through our own generated electricity. We drive as much as possible electrically and where possible we carpool. In our planning we take travel distance into account and if possible we use public transport. We limit our travel distance through video conferencing and webinars.

Our food is seasonal and local and we avoid waste, so that we limit our waste and of course separate it properly. Our services have little use of materials and goods, but we try to achieve this where we can have an impact. For example, we make use of e-invoicing and we have a digital archive. Nimble Resourcing further contributes to its environment by planting a tree for every new customer.

We are happy to be open to suggestions so that we can continue to grow in our contribution to a better working environment, healthy employees and a better climate. We choose a sustainable society in which we guarantee results.
